The Midwest Region Coaches Conference is going Virtual!
Frequently Asked Questions:
When and where will MRCC 2022 take place?
We are working hard to finalize these details. Our initial plan is to have the MRCC in Milwaukee. Please stay tuned!
I’ve already purchased an MRCC 2020 registration, will it be transferred to the new dates?
Yes. 2020 MRCC and Pre-Conference Workshop registrants will have their registration(s) automatically transferred to the new event dates in 2022. We will keep you registered at the super early bird rate even if we raise registration fees in 2022.
What if I cannot attend the new conference dates when they are announced. Can I receive a refund?
Yes. Should you be unable to attend, we will process a refund at any time. However, you would miss out on the amazing VMRCC series
I previously booked a hotel room at The Pfister. Will that automatically be transferred?
Your hotel was automatically cancelled and you should have received an email from the Pfister. If you have not received a cancellation notice, please contact the hotel directly.
I registered for the Milwaukee Food Tour. How do I get a refund?
Registration fees for the Food Tours will be refunded directly from Milwaukee Food Tours.
What about the Community Service Project?
If you signed up to be a coach for our community service project, we do plan to continue this project remotely. Information will be available soon regarding the project details.
Without MRCC 2020, how can I stay connected with fellow coaches?
We are excited to present our Virtual Midwest Regional Coaches Conference. This is provided to those who are registered for the 2020 MRCC free of charge. It will also provide you with automatic registration for the 2022 MRCC. Now is an important time to stay connected to our coaching community!
We have continued to closely monitor the COVID-19 crisis. After carefully considering the advice from the CDC, WHO, local government officials and event management consultants, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Midwest Region Coaches Conference (MRCC) 2020. Given social distancing requirements and bans on large gatherings, it is simply not possible for us to execute a 300-400 person conference in the Fall. We do plan to have our next conference in 2022. Please stay tuned for details.
In addition to preserving the health and safety of our conference attendees and local communities, the decision to cancel is also based on our ICF Core Values including Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration and Respect. We are committed to continuing our tradition of creating a safe, physical space where we connect coaches to inspire positive change for individuals, leaders and organizations. Those who have attended our conferences in the past understand that this is the heartbeat of our events. As we collectively turn our attention to the 2022 MRCC, we can look forward to a time to celebrate the paths we have forged, the extraordinary circumstances we will have overcome, and the opportunities that have been presented to us as coaches and change agents.
Thank you and stay safe! Look forward to seeing you in 2022!
