We have continued to closely monitor the COVID-19 crisis. After carefully considering the advice from the CDC, WHO, local government officials and event management consultants, we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Midwest Region Coaches Conference (MRCC) 2020. Given social distancing requirements and bans on large gatherings, it is simply not possible for us to execute a 300-400 person conference in the Fall. We do plan to have our next conference in 2022. Please stay tuned for details.
In addition to preserving the health and safety of our conference attendees and local communities, the decision to cancel is also based on our ICF Core Values including Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration and Respect. We are committed to continuing our tradition of creating a safe, physical space where we connect coaches to inspire positive change for individuals, leaders and organizations. Those who have attended our conferences in the past understand that this is the heartbeat of our events. As we collectively turn our attention to the 2022 MRCC, we can look forward to a time to celebrate the paths we have forged, the extraordinary circumstances we will have overcome, and the opportunities that have been presented to us as coaches and change agents.

Registration to attend the entire conference and
Specific Event Registration to join us for additional events beyond the core conference including “EnhanceU”, a Pre-conference Workshop on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, 1:30-4:00 (details below) and/or to buy a ticket for a guest to accompany you to the opening reception (details also below) on Wednesday September 30, at 6:30 plus an opportunity to advance purchase dinner and tour tickets for Thursday, October 1, 2020 (a link with details of all the fun options below).
What’s Included in Registration?
The Conference registration includes participation in any conference session from the not to be missed, Wednesday evening at 6:30 Opening Reception in the Imperial Ballroom of The Pfister Hotel where you can mingle with your fellow coaches while sampling "A Taste of Milwaukee" through the closing keynote speaker on Friday, October 2, 2020 concluding at 3 pm. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided on Thursday and Friday. Dinner reservations for Thursday evening are available through the link below and on the Travel Information page of this site. The conference fee does not include travel, accommodations, or personal expenses.

ICF Global Member Discount
ICF Global members are eligible for the “ICF Global Members” pricing for registration only. There is no discount on the already value priced $50 “EnhanceU” pre-conference workshop or an additional ticket to the Opening Reception.
In order to be eligible for discounted ICF Global Member pricing, registrants must be a member of ICF Global at the time of registration Note: a membership with a local ICF chapter does not mean an individual is a member of ICF Global. Please direct questions regarding membership with ICF Global to firstname.lastname@example.org
All ICF Global memberships expire on March 31, 2020. To remain eligible for the ICF Global member discount, memberships must be renewed by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020. Conference registrations for lapsed ICF Global memberships will remain in place; however, payment of the difference between the discounted ICF Global Member rate and the non-discounted rate will be required. The difference paid will correspond with the rate paid at the time of registration (e.g. those who registered for the discounted ICF Global Member Early-Bird rate - $549.00 – will have to pay the difference between it and the Non ICF Global member Early-Bird rate - $699.00).
ICF Global membership renewals for the discounted rate will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020. We are all encouraged to renew our ICF memberships.
The Midwest Regional Coaches Conference leadership will verify your eligibility for the ICF Global Member rate with ICF Global after June 4, 2020.
Transferring Registration and Refund Policy
Attendees who pay for a Conference Registration or a Specific Event Registration may request a one time transfer of the registration to one other person. Please email the Registration Chair, email@example.com for more information. Transfers will not be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on September 15, 2020. Other restrictions may apply. No refunds will be issued once registration is complete and paid.
If the Conference is close to selling out, a wait list will be utilized. Policies regarding the wait list will be published at that time on the Conference website.
