Tools, Mindsets and Practices for Expanding the Coaching Conversation, Remotely!
With barriers and relationships spanning geographic distance, culture and timezones, coaching across distance with individuals, teams and groups is becoming the norm. Work in the remote space has grown 159% since 2005. This presentation is connected to innovation and inclusion given the global focus in our work. A focus on some of the technology and tools we can use to create engaging, inclusive coaching conversations is at the heart of this practitioner focused session. An outline is listed below on what is proposed, balancing a focus on core coaching competencies, tools and a focus on what's different when you go remote (tie into intercultural frameworks)
In this session led by author and coach Jennifer Britton we will explore:
1. Core skills, mindsets and practices for coaches expanding the coaching conversation across distance;
2. 3 tools to make your virtual session focused on your clients
3. Tools you can use to create connection and build trust in a remote coaching conversation whether you are coaching an individual, group or team (specific examples will also be given for how to adjust along these three lines);
4. The PEBBBLLES ETC model to design for virtual conversations
Participants will earn .75 Core Competency and .25 Resource Development CCEs for attending this webinar.
