Anne is an executive coach, Spiritual Director and the V.P. of Business Transformation for Lucas Systems Inc.  As a Professional Certified Coach (ICF-PCC), she builds strong leaders and strong teams.  She integrates vision, heart and strategic execution.  Anne partners with her clients to realize their power to name their purpose, create what matters most and bring forth the courage to grow and experience new results.

Wendy Maletta specializes in creating branded, memorable experiential marketing strategies. Committed to giving back, Wendy connects Professional Coaches to disadvantaged women from Dress for Success Pittsburgh, is Past-President of ICF Pittsburgh, and serves on Pittsburgh Musical Theater’s board.  She’s also owner of Ahhluminating Marketing and an energetic speaker who enjoys inspiring her audience to discover their “ahh”.

Susan is a Certified ADHD Organizer Coach who specializes in coaching ADHD adults in business, professional, and personal life, as well as students. She has been dedicated to unraveling the mysteries of living with ADHD since her adult sons were diagnosed as young children. Susan partners with her clients to gain an understanding their unique ADHD and how to rein in their brain to achieve their goals. By discovering new perspectives, incorporating personalized strategies and gaining a deeper appreciation of their personal strengths, clients are empowered to lead a fulfilling and productive life.

Zach Prosser is a professional coach committed to helping leaders maximize their impact. Through personal and organizational coaching at various levels, Zach brings a relational and inspirational experience to the coaching environment. His background in the non-profit sector provides those in such organizations a valuable resource. As a certified life and executive coach, along with certification in behavior consulting, Zach equips leaders to accomplish more and move forward faster. His leadership has brought relevant advancements both globally and locally.

Jason Jones is a certified business coach and corporate trainer who is committed to helping solo entrepreneurs hit their first six figures and beyond! As a trainer he helps leadership teams learn critical coaching skills to maximize engagement and growth in their teams and chapters. His previous start-up ventures involved communications media and entertainment. His last company which he sold went global in two years and now serves the US, Canada, Australia and the UK. Jason is certified by The Royal Roads University and the International Coaching Federation. His coaching and training programs focus on the implementation of proven business tactics and support necessary to develop entrepreneurs for a lifetime of success.

Nicole is an executive coach and founder of Gulan Pulito Coaching & Consulting. She has spent the last 20+ years helping individuals and organizations achieve goals and accelerate leadership potential. As an organizational psychologist, much of her work has focused on executive assessment, succession planning and leadership development. Nicole is passionate about the role coaching can play in creating transformational change for individuals, teams, organizations and society. She is currently serving as the President of ICF Wisconsin to help coaches achieve their full potential, build successful practices and to further the profession of coaching.

Meredith L. Williams

Meredith is the Midwest Region Coaches Conference Admin. She grew up in Louisville, KY and loves all it has to offer as a big little city. She has held a variety of jobs in the past 20 years, from preschool teacher to car title clerk to nanny to youth minister. In 2010 she created Taking Care of the Details – a full service admin assistant company for business owners and membership groups. Her typical clients get overwhelmed with all the big and small details of running a business. Meredith works with a variety of businesses and enjoys the new challenges they bring her each day.

Susan Slocum

Susan is a Certified Professional Coach, trainer and facilitator, trained through The Institute for Professional Coaching (IPEC). Susan lives in Mequon, Wisconsin and works with non-profit leaders and boards. Her passion has always been to help make a difference in people’s lives and the organizations that serve them. Susan is a founder of the Midwest Regional Advisory Council, a past president of the International Coach Federation – Chicago Chapter and chaired the first Midwest Regional Conference in 2012 in Chicago. She has continued to support the conference in the capacity of treasurer for the last six years. 

Beki Fraser
ICF Michigan President

Beki is a credentialed business and leadership coach who works with leaders and professionals within small and medium size businesses. She founded Focus For Growth, LLC, to accelerate client progress toward empowerment, confidence and capably making decisions, influencing others and constructing powerful relationships. As the President of ICF Michigan Chapter, Beki holds an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from ICF following her coach training with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She also has a Master’s in Public & Private Management (MBA) from Yale School of Management.
