Please read the following Midwest Region Coaches Conference policies before you register.


ICF Global Members Receive a Discount!

ICF Global members are eligible for the “ICF Global Members” discounted pricing on conference registration. In order to be eligible for this pricing, please note the following: 

Registrants must be a member of ICF Global at the time of registration (note: a membership with a local ICF chapter does not mean an individual is a member of ICF Global).  Please direct questions regarding membership with ICF Global to

All ICF Global memberships expire on March 31, 2020. To remain eligible for the ICF Global member discount, memberships must be renewed by 11:59 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020. Conference registrations for lapsed ICF Global memberships will remain in place; however, the difference between the discounted ICF Global member rate and the non-discounted rate will be required. The difference paid will correspond with the rate paid at the time of registration (e.g. those who registered for the discounted ICF Global Member Early-Bird rate - $549.00 – will have to pay the difference between it and the Non ICF Global member Early-Bird rate - $699.00).

ICF Global membership renewals for the discounted rate will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020 and you are encouraged to renew your membership regardless.

Conference leadership will verify your eligibility for the ICF Global member rate with ICF Global after June 4, 2020.


The Conference registration includes participation in any session from the Opening Reception at the Pfister Hotel on Wednesday September 30, 2020, 6:30 pm through the closing keynote speaker on Friday, October 2, 2020 concluding at 3 pm. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided on Thursday and Friday. Dinner reservations for Thursday evening are available on the registration page and on the Travel Information page of our website. Payments for registration are processed via PayPal. The conference fee does not include travel, accommodation, or personal expenses. Conference registration is for the person who registered only; one registration cannot be split between two, or more people.

Additional Event Registration Options

Participate in the Pre-Conference  Workshop "EnhanceU”
Wednesday, September 30, 2020
1:30-4:00 pm (including light snacks and coffee) 

This intimate workshop is designed to strengthen coaches personally and professionally. Attendees will participate in a guided self-reflection activity, then rotate with small groups for exercises and discussions on each of the following:

Self Compassion
Coaching Supervision
Navigating Certifications
Creating Your Life Plan

Additional Guest Registration for Evening Reception at the Pfister Hotel

**Please note that this option is only for an additional guest for the Opening Reception at the Pfister Hotel. Full Registration includes attendance at the opening reception. **

Transferring Registration and Refund Policy
Attendees who pay for a Full Conference Registration or a Specific Event Registration may request a one time transfer of the registration to one other person. Please email the Registration Chair, for more information. Transfers will not be accepted after 11:59 p.m. on September 15, 2020. Other restrictions may apply. No refunds will be issued once registration is complete and paid.

Wait List

If the Conference is close to selling out, a wait list will be utilized. Policies regarding the wait list will be published at that time on the Conference website.
